How do I know if the sneakers are authentic?
All items are carefully checked by a team of experts. Furthermore, online legit-check tools are used to guarantee the authenticity of our items.
How will my order be delivered and what is the delivery cost?
Delivery is done using ACS Courier. We offer FREE DELIVERY all over Cyprus to any ACS Location. If you wish to receive your order at your door, Home Delivery is also available with an additional cost of €5.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Items in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders need 8-12 business days for processing, authentication and delivery.
What payment methods are there?
- Credit Card
Includes Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Powered by Stripe.
- Skash
The Skash app allows you to send and receive money for free to any Cypriot phone number (+357). It is a fast and convenient method with many rewards.
- Cash on Delivery
Customers of Sneak Freaks Cy have the ability to pay cash on delivery for items in stock with an additional €10. Not eligible for pre-orders.
How do I change my delivery address?
Visit My Account page and you will find all your personal information there. You can make changes to your name, surname, delivery address or change your password.
How do I track the status of my order?
- Visit My Orders page and you will find a list with all of your purchases. You can see the status of your order under the ‘Status’ column.
- If we have provided you with a tracking number visit ACS Courier and type in your delivery code.
How do I receive customer support?
There are 2 ways to receive customer support.
- Fill in the contact form above and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
- You can click on the Instagram icon on the bottom left of your screen to contact us on Instagram. If there is nobody online at that moment, someone from the Sneak Freaks Cy team will reply back soon.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect delivery address?
Always make sure you provide accurate information so that you avoid any issues with your orders. In case you have entered an incorrect delivery address and there is a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, purchases from our website are only shipped in Cyprus.

Can I return my my order?
We always ensure that all orders are up to standard for our customers’ best experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it please contact us via email, at moc.ycskaerfkaens@pohse or by filling in the form above.
Please note that returns must be made within 3 business days and items must be in the condition you received them. Refunds are made with store credit, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf.
